in 1908, Britain and the Islander Powers looks in rough shape, as Britain tried desperately to save her colonies, all the while her fleet was being hunted by the Franco-German Armada, only a miracle could save the Brits

And then... Things got worse. Spain joined the war for the Continental Powers, hoping to take some British colonies after their loss in the Spanish-American War.

But then it got better! The Ottomans, in hope of modernizing their military, joins Britain, and thus Islander Powers had a base in Europe, a base that the Continental Powers needed to take if they wanted to secure victory.

Meanwhile, in the United States, Roosevelt sees the war go out of control, and he needs to help someone. But, as the case of many presidents, He decided to kick that issue down the line to his successor, Taft. Taft almost immediately joined the Islander Powers (Old trade partners and all).

At almost all at the same time, Continental forces raced down into Rumelia, and the Islander Powers, aided by the Americans, engage Continental Fleets in the most important naval battle since Trafalgar, the battle of Gibralatar. Islander forces were able to punch a hole through the Continental Fleet, and set course to Istanbul

Near Istanbul, one of the most bloodiest battle in history was going on, the bloody stalemate of Eridine, as Continental Forces ground to halt and dug into trenches. And over the course of a year, the battle of Eridine was still going on, and still yet the War has yet to end...
