Tactician

The war is slowing down. While all of Spain may have fallen, Italy and France are holding strong. The South African front has seen collapse of German forces, although much of Africa has yet to be taken. In the east Asian front, China has taken all but Saigon and Hanoi, Russian Outer Manchuria has fallen, and Japan has invaded Borneo.

Percy Thorn is trying to find a way to quicken the war, coming up with operation Demons, which is to go into place in 1945
