Flag of All Russia

A flag for an All-Russian (Triedinyi russkii narod), featuring White for White Russians/Belorussians, Blue for Great/ 'True' Russians, Gold for Little Russians/Ukranians. White also represents the cold, snowy North, the Gold for the Steppes and Wheat Fields of the South, and Blue for the Rivers that connect the two.

Flag may also be the Russian flag in my 'What Is' series, since Red-White-Blue tricolors are just a bit unpopular now thanks to the French Empire (the United Kingdom may have also changed their flag to include some reference to Wales, such as adding the Cross of Saint David)
